KDR’s goal is to set out to challenge customary practices and to re-examine the relationships between building contractors and owners, developers, architects, and engineers. With an emphasis on a collaborative approach to early involvement, we will streamline communication processes, anticipate and solve problems before they crop up and identify long-term and short-term customer objectives for each project. We will establish aggressive schedules to meet those objectives and commit the resources in manpower and expertise to deliver on promises with no excuses!

We approach the planning and coordination of a project by working closely with the designer/engineer to put the client’s ideas on paper. We design to a budget not budget the design.
We are committed to a higher level of advance planning. We review manpower requirements, material and equipment deliveries, safety considerations and the time requirements of each activity.
