I was hoping to do it sooner, but I've been meaning to compliment you and your team on an excellent job on our house.  We are so glad we chose to Build with KDR as construction went fairly smoothly considering the scale of the project.  As we work through the minor deficiencies, we are reminded again how fortunate we are that we have a builder that has our backs and is looking out for our best interest...that is something not common in the construction industry (not in my experience anyway)

I would like to especially praise Jon and Alex who were on the front line throughout the build and who continue to provide exceptional service.  They are always great to deal with - polite, professional.  As a business owner myself, I know how important and valuable great workers are and how they reflect on your company's reputation.  Great designs, quality workmanship, and most importantly, exceptional service...that's a winning formula!
