"Located on the renowned Dunbar Crescent in Tuxedo, 67 Dunbar Crescent is a thoughtful reinterpretation of a classic family home. Rather than starting anew, the residence was carefully retrofitted — honouring its original character while reshaping it to support modern family life through refined design, proportion, and flow, allowing heritage and contemporary living to exist in balance.​

A Classic Home, Reimagined

Spanning over 3,300 square feet, the interior was reworked to feel open yet grounded, with spaces that transition naturally from one to the next. Designed with intention and respect for the home’s original foundation, the main living areas prioritize connection and comfort, offering generous sight lines, warm material selections, and a layout where thoughtful design elevates the rhythms of everyday family life."
